Exchanges are only possible if the wrong item was delivered. You must request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery, and the product together with its labels must remain intact (unworn, unused, and in original condition as received).
Refunds are issued only when absolutely necessary, at our discretion and in line with this policy. Most issues that qualify under our rules will be resolved by exchange (wrong item) or other arrangements we agree with you.
For any return or exchange request, contact us promptly with your order details. We may ask for photos or other proof of the issue. Requests that fall outside this policy may not be accepted.
